Cooper Seeman founded Regimen Equity Partners in 2014.

EXPERIENCE He was the Managing Director of Abacus Private Equity from 2005 to 2011, which completed over 50 highly structured transactions involving in excess of $2.2 billion in assets. From 1997 to 2004 he was the VP Finance at Highgate Holdings, a hospitality and real estate family office, which became the largest independent owner/operator of hotels in Manhattan. He led over $250 million in transactions and was a key team member on an additional $900 million of projects.

EDUCATION Cooper obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1994 while at KPMG in Vancouver, and his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 1991.

ROLE AT REGIMEN Securing financing from investors, investor relations, overseeing financial reporting, tax and legal matters, and assisting with transaction execution. Cooper is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Gerry Bellerive, CPA, CA

Gerry Bellerive founded Regimen Equity Partners in 2014.

EXPERIENCE Prior to joining Regimen, Gerry was a partner and one of three founding members at Capital West Partners, Vancouver’s leading mid-market M&A firm, which was established in 1990 to focus on Western Canadian enterprises. His corporate finance experience for both public and private companies spans a wide variety of industries including commercial and industrial services and distribution, manufacturing, financial services, oil & gas, retail and technology. Completed mandates include sell-side and buy-side engagements, raising capital for buyouts and business expansion and IPO advisory. Over the past 10 years Gerry led over twenty M&A transactions totaling approximately $750 million.

EDUCATION He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia in 1984, and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Vancouver in 1986.

ROLE AT REGIMEN Gerry led the firm’s investment activities and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

David Eisler, P.ENG., MBA, ICD.D

David Eisler joined Regimen Equity Partners in 2017.

EXPERIENCE David has over 25 years of business, finance and private equity experience. Prior to joining Regimen, David was with Stern Partners which is a family office that owns and manages 20 companies with over 7,000 employees. He also spent 14 years as a Managing Director with Banyan Capital Partners where he co-managed the firm’s two institutional funds that raised $145 million and invested in 15 companies over that timeframe. Prior to Banyan, David worked in investment banking with Scotia Capital Inc. where he assisted clients on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings in a variety of industries. After completing his undergraduate engineering degree David worked for Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd., headquartered in Bolton, Ontario.

EDUCATION David has a degree in Engineering from Queen’s University, an MBA from the University of British Columbia and is a Professional Engineer. He serves or has served on numerous corporate and community boards across a variety of industry sectors.

ROLE AT REGIMEN David’s primary role is investment origination and oversight. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Matt Miller, CPA, CA

Matthew joined Regimen Equity Partners in 2022.

EXPERIENCE Matt has over a decade of business, finance, and private equity experience. Prior to joining Regimen, Matt spent 5 years at The Jim Pattison Group, Canada’s largest private company in the role of Director of Corporate Development and completed over 15 deals over that time frame. Prior to The Jim Pattison Group, Matthew spent 6 years at Deloitte in both the Corporate Finance and Assurance groups where he assisted clients on mergers and acquisitions, valuations, transaction services and assurance in a variety of industries. His business experience for both public and private companies span a wide variety of industries including commercial and industrial services, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, financial services, dealerships, entertainment, retail, advertising, consumer goods and food processing.

EDUCATION Matthew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation with Deloitte in Vancouver in 2013. Matthew is active in the local M&A community, currently serving as President of the Association for Corporate Growth, British Columbia Chapter and an active member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) in Vancouver.

ROLE AT REGIMEN Matthew runs our Toronto office, his primary role is investment origination and portfolio company oversight. 

Kristian Rochon, CFA

Kristian Rochon joined Regimen Equity Partners in 2020.

EXPERIENCE Prior to joining Regimen, Kristian was a Vice President at Deloitte Corporate Finance in Toronto, a global leader in providing M&A advisory services. Kristian’s corporate finance experience at Deloitte was predominately geared towards private companies and entrepreneurs, advising clients through sell and buy-side engagements, capital advisory mandates and financial due diligence. He has a breadth of industry experience including manufacturing & industrials, food & beverage, healthcare, travel, transportation & logistics, financial services, technology, and business services.

EDUCATION He graduated with great distinction from the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, obtaining his Bachelor of Management degree, majoring in Finance. Kristian attained his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2018 while working at Deloitte Corporate Finance.

Jessica Koyich, CPA, CA

Jessica Koyich joined Regimen Partners in 2019.

EXPERIENCE Prior to joining Regimen, Jessica was the Controller at Qwest Investment Management Corp, an Investment Fund Manager, Exempt Market Dealer and Portfolio Manager in Vancouver and was responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, fund administration and tax compliance of the firm, including its portfolio of investment funds.

EDUCATION Jessica obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2014 while at KPMG Calgary and Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan. Jessica managed a diverse portfolio of assurance clients, specializing in investment funds, asset management and private equity.

Nancy Brown

Nancy joined Regimen Equity Partners in December 2021. 

EXPERIENCE Prior to joining Regimen, Nancy spent 12 years in the hospitality industry working for O’Neill Hotels & Resorts and 8 years at Rogers Retail. As an executive assistant, Nancy enjoys the diversity and challenges that each new day brings. She excels at organizing events, meetings, and complex domestic and international travel. As a dedicated and responsible professional, she has vast experience in travel and event planning, administration, community relations, and office management.

ROLE AT REGIMEN Nancy supports the Managing Directors and manages the day-to-day operation of both the Vancouver and Toronto offices.

Charles Hamilton

Charles Hamilton joined Regimen Equity Partners in 2022. 

EXPERIENCE Before joining Regimen, he had been with Meridian OneCap Credit Corp and its predecessor Roynat Lease Finance since 2007 acting as an Asset Portfolio Manager and Customer Service Representative for the financial leasing company. From 1999 through to 2007, Charles was a Senior Trust Analyst with The Alderwoods Group, a funeral home and cemetery management firm.

EDUCATION Charles graduated in 1980 from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Sports Administration.

ROLE AT REGIMEN Charles provides administrative, accounting and investor relations support.

Jonathan Fisher

Jonathan Fisher began consulting with Regimen Equity Partners and our portfolio companies in 2020.

EXPERIENCE Prior to 2020, Jonathan was a senior technology leader with extensive experience in managing complex digital transformations with a keen understanding of how business processes influence an organization’s ability to be effective and productive through technology investment.

Jonathan provides expert advice on technology improvement through procurement focusing on data governance, data migrations, platform governance, change management/enablement, training and resourcing, process awareness, and strategic business alignment.

Cole Christiansen

Cole joined Regimen Equity Partners in 2025.

EXPERIENCE Prior to joining Regimen, Cole spent 3 years in EY’s Transaction Diligence group in San Francisco, where he performed buy and sell-side diligence for a variety of multinational public companies across various industries. Prior to his experience in San Francisco, Cole worked in EY’s Assurance group in Vancouver. He has a breadth of industry exposure including manufacturing & industrials, financial services, technology, and business services.

EDUCATION Cole graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation with EY in Vancouver in 2020.
